正確には8080ポートをリスンしている形跡が無い。
いや故有って自宅PC上のVMのOracle DB 11gR2にAPEX 4.2を入れたんだがブラウザからアクセスができないし実際netstatでも8080は使っていない。
しかしインストールログは

どうも11gはsqlplusが文字化け(多分LANGか何かだろう)するし、イマイチ好きになれぬ。
